Today in Culture Cloud the application that allows employees to send SNAP awards to others for good work done. I saw someone send an award to my boss for all the hard work I've done when he didn't do any of the work. That person didn't bother to acknowledge me but my boss. This shows you how others can sabotage you while others are taking credit for your hard work. It's unbelievable. Despicable.

Spotlights, kudos etc have taken over most company cultures. It's all about who you know, not what you know or what you have contributed.

There are a lot of insecure, incompetent, and jealous and worthless people at Capital One.
