RTO/RTT/RTH-based layoffs didn't work. So there's Focus/Pivot/regular layoffs. Then you get only average employees that live nearby a corporate office versus high performing employees from anywhere really.
Yes. 16000 layoffs in January to complete the 30000 target. Ads, AWS, PXT mostly.
