We all know that id--ts are in charge of PEP just by comparing PEP and KO stock price over the last 5 years. What I don't understand is that Elliott allowed them to stay in charge. They must think that despite their dismal track record, they can follow simple instructions. I think they are too optimistic.

The reality is they destroyed the people who connected with customers directly and knew the game it takes to win. Now we have useless outsiders who have no clue
