My entire team of devs were furloughed today for four weeks until mid January so Fiserv can save a few more pennies towards the Q4 results. Not sure how widespread this is so not listing region/BU but wanted to warn people.

This isn't just a Fiserv thing. Happens every year, at most big companies.
If you are furloughed you can file for unemployment. When OSI furloughed workers for a week, they filed and received unemployment pay from their state.
That is one way to spend more time with your family for the holidays...
yeah can confirm people are leaving in emea by end of this year. i thought they would stay until april for their bonus.
I assume your team is contract workers. Happens every year. Usually earlier.
