@d7 they need disclaimers next time. I thought sh-t was serious, not a meme
@d2 It’s all bullsh-t.
@d0 so yes then?
@cz Why are you bi--hing, this is a business, it maybe d-mb but it operates in a very predictable way, accept it or move on.
@cc did you qualify for a bullsh-t job?
@az stupid
I don't think Ford can beat the amount of fraud, waste, and abuse by our universities and entrepreneurial ecosystem in Michigan. Starting with MEDC.
First you must disqualify the following bullsh-t jobs:
Flunkie: Does the role exist primarily to make one's boss feel more important (e.g., receptionists, assistants, etc.)?
Goon: Is the employee's primary responsibility to fight or deceive others on behalf of Ford Motor Company (e.g., litigators, PR specialists, marketers, astroturfers, troll farms etc.)?
Duct Taper: Is the employee's primary responsibility to make temporary fixes to systems that could be permanently streamlined (e.g., data entry, IT maintenance staff, etc.)?
Box Ticker: Is the employee's primary responsibility to create superfluous outputs (e.g., memo writers, newsletter writers, etc.)?
Taskmaster: Is the employee a manager whose primary responsibility is to assign unnecessary tasks to their subordinates (e.g., middle management)?
The one who worked for other OEMs or suppliers knows why quality issues are permanent at Ford and less likely be fixed until the company starts appreciate it's own employees first. This is 1 out 5 issues.
