Staying here is a waste of time in most cases. This is no longer the company it once was.
You need to know when to leave - it is not uncommon for many to realize only when they leave that they wouldn't have advanced in their careers despite all their efforts, and even worse, to realize how much their skills have atrophied here.

Depends. If you’re working on OCI, skill set is easily transferable to another cloud player
