They’ve been hiring offshore resources insanely. As FTE we still need to work with them in India, which makes work very inefficient.

MTech is always on a hiring freeze. They only bring on third party consultants or vendors to handle a lot of PM work and support. Unless you’re in the Inner Circle of upper management they won’t bring you on.
