They're everywhere in this company. They've ruined Unity by hiding their inability to lead. They're sacrificing hard working people to cover the as--s of those too inept to do their job. Way to ruin families Unity. Maybe you should have TRULY invested time into your employees that bring VALUE, and not some titled position.

@dr You want the real irony? One of those DEI leaders insists that sales of all people should be in a NOC/call center environment while not providing that service to the people who actually need it. The priorities are so hilariously off.
In general, DEI leaders that have no clue what they are doing, make outsourcing look that much better. Especially the ones that are busy watching their kids, shopping on Amazon, and cleaning house while on the clock too. Tell me how that is efficient, all while earning that inflated paycheck too. This is exactly why anytime you hear the word “efficiency” one thing should come to mind. Outsourcing.
We don't have a NOC. We have a NOC NOC joke until you get US guys on the phone. Poorly written MOPS and swapping parts over and over and over because offshore has no idea how to actually troubleshoot anything. Sad. Pathetic leadership is why we're here, and pathetic leadership is why we're staying here.
The current legacy “managers” of Kinetic have ruined this company. Especially on the sales side. Single handed ruined the sales side of the house. The worst leadership they have ever had. Now the company has become just another overseas non English speaking inept call center with zero credibility and unable to actually provide customer service. What a waste of true hardworking dedicated employees. Disgusting disgraceful
