Yup, when i saw the email about "Performance & Accountability" i knew it's going to be a blood bath in 2026 when it comes to focal. That's why I decided to leave Intel, got a job else where.
Feel sorry for those who are still at intel, there are some very talented people but Politics are driving those folks out or will be forced out next year.

At this point, if you get a BE or PIP, just turn in your notice and leave. Take a nice vacation and then start job searching and/or taking some online classes. The performance review process is a farce at this point. Don’t play along and try to work longer hours or anything.
