I know that I’m not the only one curious about a certain female executive’s departure. Very sudden, equally as shocking and she’s gone three days after the announcement. Was she RIFed or was her abrupt exit voluntary?

She is with another company now so why do we care?
Too much nonsense about women's empowerment! I have heard female managers openly make comments like, "I will support only the women's volleyball team! Men's volleyball team, I don't give a fcUk".
What I hear is that she plans to hire more women, pay them less, and use "women empowerment" as a ticket to the top!
Managers hire indentured visa laborers and are brown-nosed at every visit to the restoom.
This company has nasty old people who don't upgrade their skillset and continue to keep working on 1951's technology and acting as if they are Bill Gates. These are d-mb fish in a small pond.

I’m sure some deal was made about the bonus, and it’s good to hear that she landed on her feet. Maybe voluntary if maybe she was told you’re next.
She got an amazing offer at a competitor, following a former humana exec.
I’m sure she still got her bonus. I assume higher ups are on a different pay structure and payout schedule than we are

I don’t believe she would voluntarily decide to leave three weeks before the end of the year and leave her bonus on the table since at her level, that bonus is significant.
We were told she had decided to leave so maybe she got a better offer elsewhere
