This has been the worst role out of a Reorg in company history. Many people still don’t know if they have a job!

Surely you don’t think org health surveys mean anything. Please don’t fool yourself, nobody cares about that anymore. They pretend too, and the same people cutting your job out from underneath you because they did a p—s poor job of running the company. They got greedy during COVID and now they’re paying the price. Take that back we are. They’re still getting out ridiculous salaries and bonuses and being told how to properly run the company by outsiders looking in. Embarrassment at its finest.
Good thing Org Health was knocked out a few months back…

Fully agree. Why make everybody stay home all week when we haven’t even completed the reorg and the week is almost over… not to mention zero communication, and managers and directors seem to actually know nothing either. Feels like they went into this week not actually having the reorg ready to execute
