I got the boot after 15 years 3 years ago when M1 started. Are they still pushing that? I thought for sure it would have collapsed by now.

M1 did collapse, but like all the changes in this company that do not work, we have been forced to keep doing it as everything around us crumbles. I've worked here for a long time. Every new initiative is a failure, but we still have to limp along until the next "new initiative." This company is pathetic.
M1 going away in April.

@ef didn’t use to be that way! Was a time men reps were ties to work, no merchandising at all. No too distant past. Things have changed for the worse! Look at stock price, worthless! Meanwhile I’ve made hundreds of thousands of dollars this year, from stocks. Investors aren’t drinking the kool aid anymore!

Mondelez is no sales job. " Sales reps" are just head merchandisers. This company is a joke. Everyone I know that has left now makes more money. This is a dead end job
I’m still in sales. Different company, not CPG. Love it! I’m lucky it’s more money but even if it wasn’t, just good to feel respected. Been in sales my whole life and personally love it. Mondelez was a good chunk of my career. The whole organization went downhill so fast, greed! Young management with no experience and heads full of power. You earn respect of fellow employees by working your way to the top, not sleeping your way. My advice to my younger co workers was to leave, things will continue to get worse….and it has. My old team has completely turned over, every seasoned rep is gone and the team has missed every sales goal! Pay for what you get. Hope that answers your question.

That’s too bad. Personally I’m glad I got out. I make more than I did after 15 years as a rep. Pretty sad.
