c shares last and pay out in 2 years. i shares last 3 years and pay out every year.

what do p shares do? - besides make you rich?

Salary + bonus, C shares, I shares, P-shares, debentures you do the research. I suspect the VP’s are fat d-mb and happy.

C shares are not vp shares. People below grade 7 are eligible for C shares. VPs can receive I shares and/or P shares.

They are called chairman shares. They are given to the cream of the company who works hard. Me being one of them. ✌️
