80% is Indian. Where is the diversity?

Holiday party when no one speaks English is a new normal at Wells Fargo. H1B are cheaper, they don't complain as much and they have fewer choices - so they will stay and take any abuse.
@bj there are Indians in New Jersey? I thought they were all in the Bay Area of California, where they all drive Teslas or BMWs. they are 90% of the workforce in bay area.
What portion of those 80% started their career with questionable resume? Genuinely curious
@bj what do you think they are gonna do? your president loves H1Bs.
My lunch room today felt like Bangalore. It’s getting worse. My hope is the discrimination will gain the attention of the justice dept soon.
You need to get out of IT, if you want to see diversity.
Only 80%? In our office, 90%.
