Remember that one time last year when they gave reps a shower speaker worth a nickel with a 3.5mm headphone jack? Looked like something you'd win from Dave and Busters. Barely even functioned. It was a giant insult everyone. I think all our reps threw them in the trash at our store. That's the kind of company/ leadership that works for Verizon now days. They give you crumbs and act like they're doing so much for you. Ha! So glad I put in my 2 weeks. I'm outa here
The only thing our commission has been hitting is an all time low. You must be new to the company or a du----s overpaid upper corporate shill posing as a rep.
If VZW had any influence over what's getting deleted here, they would have removed every single thread, cause I don't see any threads here fitting the "we are perfect" narrative they would like to be presented in public.
More likely your post violated one of the site rules listed in the footer of this page. Avoid naming names and using swears and insults (those are the posts site admins usually nuke).
Maybe this post should get removed like VZW has gotten others removed.

That’s funny because the churn rate with solution specialist is at its all time high. They’re begging other departments to come back to retail after effing up the comp structure.
