Our store had this huge meeting about having headphones in while on forklift and when club is open. Only lasted about a month, why are people so disrespectful and go right back to using them, even managers🤬🤬😍

You get one chance in our Club - you go directly to a red coaching. Second time being caught - termination.

Why is anyone allowed to have personal music? Front end and most other associates aren’t.
Earbuds puts people at ease and gives them a little bit a comfort in a stressful place like Sam's club. They're also very difficult to regulate because they can be obscured, taken out and secretly put back in very easily.
They can be risks which is why the rules are understandable, but most people that use them in my store keep only 1 in, and still remain attentive.
One call to OSHA will fix that problem

People are obsessed and addicted to having those ridiculous things in their ears 24/7. They should be banned from being on anyone that’s on the clock as well as any management on duty.
You can’t hear anything with the beeping anyway. It’s people not on a lift with them that’s the problem. They can’t here the lift coming.
