Whoever did this is a mo--n. The way it shows up on the screen is completely confusing for customers and staff. To do this to us on Black Friday is ridiculous. Most of my customers DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. Trying to explain this pricing to them is impossible they don't understand it. They should have just gone with the usual 25 or 30 percent scan label.

@OP And why is it Macy's issue that the customers don't speak English ? Should they started running promotions in both English and Spanish?
Iam the original poster. I forgot to add how this is tying up my lines. I had a lady who didn't speak English that I explained the pricing to. She of course wanted to speak to a manager. I CAN'T HAVE THIS ON BLACK FRIDAY PEOPLE. Its stressful enough but now trying to explain this to a bunch of mouth breathers is just going to make my 12 hr a nightmare
