Working at this bank feels like watching a reality show with no script. Ideas fly around, half of them make no sense, and somehow projects still move forward like it’s all totally normal. I just sit there wondering when someone will notice how crazy things actually are.

My main gripe, as always, is the diets of our fellow colleagues. Seriously folks, the noises and smells coming from the 240 bathrooms are not normal!
This place is a complete cluster f. The current leadership, culture and stock price are 100% driven by lies, more lies, personal branding social media posts, PR hype and layoffs (of course)!
New joiners have no idea what to expect and what they're stepping into. Spoiler alert: it's hot and steamy and sometimes requires a plunger! The charades are an everyday occurrence.

You spend 2 hours or 3 hours a day to commute, as long as RTO dashboard is blue or green, no problems!
