Do Wells Fargo have a history of paying or new employees, or do they wait for at least the first performance review?(Mid year for me)

I’d ask how the posters making replies even remotely understood @op, but then looking at the replies given I think you’re all smoking off the same crack pipe. Me-h is a helluva dr-g folks, stay off it.
you have to be an employee on Sept 30 to be considered for year end bonus / merit. if after that you'll be rated as too new and get nothing. of before then you'll get a prorated amount.
Guess you didn't get the memo - YOU pay THEM to work at WF. Its in the employee handbook, chapter 3, paragraph 2.
