Good grief, not even a contest. If you are at CSC, gtfo as fast as possible! Just a start of how bad they are, the managers take kickbacks on the hourly rate for contract workers. In violation of Federal Contracting laws, but who cares? CSC certainly doesn't, but they don't care about their FTE's either. Source - I worked CSC for 3 pain-filled years. F- them! Working for HOE now, they're OK. Not great, but I'll take OK any day..

By far, CSC. The place is a sweatshop. They break so many labor laws on a regular basis it is a wonder they are still a functioning business. But when you're providing the lowest-bidder services to the government on a regular basis, I suppose you're unlikely to be reprimanded.
