I was part of the layoffs yesterday . unsure of how many but the forced distribution this year was brutal....they are truly taking care of everyone though. If I had to guess the restructured and people were eliminated on eoy rating. The "calibration" sessions were depressingly brutal... So at minimum I'd guess around 300 ppl.

Yes, lay-offs are happening in Commercial bank. “Restructuring” not performance related.
So these people are not in the agile job family? So they're accelerating their stack ranking performance appraisals ahead of schedule I see.
