I am not in Care, but how do you manage 20-1? That team leader will be doing one on one and admin work the whole time. There will be no time for development. I don't see how 20 - 1 is effective. But who knows anymore.
There isn't any layoffs this week or next week. 2022 Year Ends are being written and delivered in Customer Care as of the beginning of this month. They're going to a 20+ to 1 headcount per team and getting rid of excess Supervisors. Once Year Ends are finalized, the cuts are coming.
