We did the same thing and look what's happening just a couple of years later. And it's not just us. Just look at Facebook, Amazon, and Microsoft. Apple hired reasonably and they're yet to have layoffs. Joining a company amid mass hiring is almost always a recipe for disaster. Just my 2 cents.
