Who cares about the EMIT LT? Unless you’re one of the select few getting rapid promotions and pay increases, every single EMIT employee globally (including India!) should be looking for better opportunities outside before the whole thing gets sent to HCL.

I wish they'd sh----n all of emit. I've had a ticket open for going on 2 months now. The error I'm having forces me to use my personal credit card for all business expenses. No one there cares.
RB is the EPITOME of a micromanager and hides it extremely well from the image she portrays to the rest of EMIT and the Corp.
What about moving back to Thailand to become LCM of an affiliate that's about to be majority divested? The remaining GBC is almost sure to be moved to India...

RB was given BT. That is the new project codename for BT… why they came up w a codename after all the stuff, who knows. KQ and RB switching jobs. “ EMIT could be dangerous in the right hands” is exactly correct.
Anyone who’s left in EMIT today is one of 3 possible things.
1-close enough to retirement and trying to stick it out
2-trying to find an outside job
3-koolaid drinker / false hope that EMIT will not go entirely to HCL in <5 years

About the only thing RB did well was micromanage budgets and timelines-just like a PM is supposed to do. She always was incompetent at big picture, strategic things. Maybe the Peter principle is really working here?
Now, if the project she was given is the business process redesign-be afraid, be very afraid.
