You have to pay a licensing fee to Fortune to use the accolade publicly. That’s why you rarely see Apple, Amazon or Google publicize their ranking. They don’t pay the licensing fee.

This is not an award for employees admiring the company... the market doesn't care about that.

I had to laugh as that email came as I was doing a new set of "required" training instructing me on how to properly talk to clients and another module on how to "just accept change". You can't make this stuff up.
