100% agree. It's created a working environment that is absolutely toxic. They want to think this only applies to WFH folks. It doesn't. The people I talk to in offices feel the same impact. Daily.
It's really an archaic way to run a company. It will end the way most of us expect.
If you are running a good company - which Fiserv was - and have talented, dedicated staff who know their stuff working - as Fiserv did - then you do not need to monitor the he-l out of them. Trust them to work and you will profit and shareholders will be happy. None of this is true under Fronkensteen. The Ge----o is watching every move and will gin up any reason, if needed, to can staff. Horrible mis-trust of people who DO work and DO perform.
Senior management is so lazy they can't even read their own reports? At least there will be some form of intelligence around senior leadership.
