Ha middle of the month - Oct 27, 2022 is not the middle of the month. Who care if it's tomorrow or in 2 weeks - it's happening and it's going to be big. It's only the start as they look to continue to shake things up all year.

I say 2/16 becuase they usually do it in the middle of the month not the beginning. The real question is wich department ???
Why not both? It is a big company for now.
