What the h is this?? Wells Fargo laying off their own experienced employees only to be searching for and recruiting/training other experienced employees??
I get nothing but mixed messages, double-speak and leadership which defies logic from Charlie & Co.
I get better news about what's going on from this site than I do from anything that comes from WF. Seriously, anymore anything WF says is suspect automatically.
Didn't they launch this initiative over a year ago? It's amazing that employees have no clue what's going on here unless it's on some random obscure media site
It's a PR stunt to make it look like they're hiring former stay at home moms, people with health issues, etc.

Every single employee that was hired before Charlie is considered by the execs to be "tainted". It's not a question of experience, they assume we are all "the problem" and want to get rid of us by any means necessary. Couldn't be more obvious. Outsiders with experience are welcome, of course.
