I used to inflate my answers because I didn't want it to look bad for my manager like so many other people I talked to. Since being moved around a couple times and barely talking to my new managers I stopped caring and put 1s and haven't gotten riffed yet.

These surveys aren't anonymous like they try to claim...They think we are all id--ts. If filling them out with a 1 should get us on the rif list so should not filling them out.
Just because you want to be on the list and 'you are ready to leave', there is no guarantee that your mgr will actually put your name in.
I’m glad they can’t touch GNT.
