Going for more cheap overseas labor, so the few can get richer in the US.
across the board means just that no one is safe My team is tiny so i am sure there looking across departments

One of our directors was let go
No way to know..but I assume it will fall in line with the big tech (i.e. recruiting, developers, analysts)
You can only be sure that nobody is safe.
