I got 5% in September (this was supposedly company wide increase) but by November I was laid off, and no, the severance package did not include the 5%.
I am a RSBB senior manager and a TPA winner. I received 1%, enough to make me look for employment elsewhere. Most of the employees in my area received zero raise because the company went "woke" and gave the tellers/UB 30-50% raises, they had no money to give to anyone else. Most of my Senior RB, and RB received zero to one percent, my BL's the same. Some, when I say some, a select few above me in RSBB received 2.5% and slightly higher for some, which is baloney because they didn't perform good at all, simply for staying in full control of this mess I assume. I was and am offended at 1%. They'll get 20% less work out of me this year until I decide to leave = ) Hope the low ball was worth it! Only people in RSBB who I have seen receive a fair increase were those who abandoned ship for another offer and that's facts.
No Merit Increase here for RSB or anyone else in my branch
1%
Zero was true. Did anyone get a merit raise more than zero?
This is not bank wide.
Expect 0.50% - 3%
Put a smile on your face and be happy that you still have a job.
If you dont like your 0% raise - leave.
The 0% figure was for Teammates that received a compression adjustment above a certain threshold last year in conjunction with the raise in the minimum wage.
Not everyone got 5% last year. Only certain job grades
Didn’t we get 5% last year as catch up? Doesn’t that count?
Not true. As always, it won’t be great - certainly nowhere near what inflation has been the past year. Sounds like your manager is setting you up and doesn’t want to own the responsibility of giving you 0
It ain’t much for high performers. If you’re a low performer it will be zero.
Yeah insight has a g and an h in it
Anyone else hear this? Can any managers provide some insite?
