If I’m not mistaking i believe the customer will have to use blue jeans to do a video call. If this is the case then Verizon is simply trying to get more downloads and put lipstick on a billion$ pig. It’s a dud and hopefully they can make it look more valuable and get it off the books. Any sales would icing on the cake. However the big brains in BR only know how to play checkers and can’t think 2 moves ahead. Basically reps are going to abuse it to get off the floor and avoid people they don’t want to deal with. Most likely will lose sales because of it.

The video calling stuff makes me scratch my head. Pretty sure they are going to outsource all of care/customer service and make verizon's version of t-mobiles "t-force" the premium version of customer service, and that will be retail reps. Could also be someone's pet project who's trying to get promoted. They have done that kind of thing before. The sheer fact that they allowed people to waste man hours, labor and time on something so worthless and not needed is perplexing. It's once again there are two options the emperor has no clothes and the ship is driving it self and way off course, or it's all just part of their greater larger plan.
