But what good is that if Frankie can't have direct eyes on them at all times?!? How can he track BM schedules if people are swiping badges? LOFL.

if you think pro work from home examples will change leadership minds your wasting your breath. Ask anyone from OFD even when they lost proprietary expertise FB and team moved forward. Quality, customer satisfaction, meeting commitments, associate retention as well mental health are not important to the short term bottom line.
Working from home ---- I 5:00 AM checked, minors fixes, work emails and got coffee. 6:00 am got really for work. 6 :30 am just started working. Working in office----- nothing will get started until 8:00 am regardless.
When im in office, my mind is open from 9-11am. Lunch then 1pm - 4pm. By 4, im getting spiritually ready to get home. When im at work, if the wife wakes me up early and leave for work, i will start work early because i got nothing to do. After 6pm, im still available if someone needs something.
I make it up by being after to walk from my desk to the kitchen, listening to music and even watching a movie (not fully paying attention) but i absolutely work extra hours and browse less non sense. At work, i spend a good amount of tme talking to workmate, taking break and browsing the news along side working
So do they really lose anything by letting us work home?
One thing that I know for sure is that people lie like rugs.
