Just like alien stories, there is some truth in it lol. Layoffs did happen in Feb 23. Support teams were restructured. Jobs lost. Meanwhile as corporate leaders travel to site locals where employees are pulled off the phones to make posters and line up in a hallway for a clap in, facilities employees asked to stay overnight to ensure locations are prestine, and budgets being spent for flair and praise of these leaders....the talented employees -the ones looking for a way out, will take their learnings of culture, family, work life balance and wisdom to companies who may be appreciative of their work ethic.

Since the variants get milder and milder, but mortality keeps rising, expect a lot of executive churn at TMO and other mandate companies.
The executives know what they did, how cowardly they all were, and will choose to slink away rather then admit that they have blood on their hands.

An evaluation sheet has been distributed to senior management for review, with the goal of reducing operational expenses through the elimination of previously approved sites. While the exact numbers have yet to be confirmed, it is expected that the layoffs will take place after the distribution of bonuses. Additionally, it has been announced that Neville Ray will be retiring following the distribution of bonuses, with Ulf as his successor. Furthermore, it has been noted that the requirement for individual development plans and associated deadlines will also be taken into consideration during the evaluation process. Additionally, it has been brought to my attention that new green card filings are currently on hold, and it is advised that H1B employees take caution and seek alternative employment opportunities in a timely manner to avoid potential difficulties.
