Do better
Fu(k those as$holes. Why don’t you make finding another job your full time job? Wells Fu(Kgo doesn’t deserve you or your talent. You are valuable and there’s so many jobs out there…just do it!
5% merit , 3% B, meets [with a "dat a boy"]. All is well on the Eastern front.
@2ngs, yes unvaxed 0 raise but 0 raise due to inconsistently meets rating what is connection with unvaxed?
Anyone with 0 raise unvaxed?
I got an inconsistently meets last year and actually got a merit increase over 2%, which I’ve seen some people say they consider to be the absolute ceiling of merit raises no matter how well they perform. I really think it just depends on how well funded your team is. And also what your pay was before. Afterall, a 4% raise for someone making 60k hits a manager’s comp budget the same as a 2% raise for someone make 120k.
@1xkp. You haven’t been in Corporate America long, have you? Or if you have, you are in management and clueless to what happens the majority of the company.
It absolutely does. It has no bearing on what you do for the company.
Sorry to the people who got meets with no increase or bonus. That sucks. You should start looking for opportunities outside of your current position. A internal role will give you the raise you need without moving corporations.
My raise was low. 1 out of 10 do not recommend.
Your raise is (or should be) a reflection of the value you provide to the company. It is not and never should be a market indicator......if you want that China and Russia practice allotting you "a livable" salary.
I've got meets and got neither a raise nor a bonus.
OPs post is BS.....that just doesn't happen! got meets and nuthin
WoW! surprised you got that! So, what's up with the inconsistently meets? You really don't get rewarded for that.............
@OP could you tell the number of your raise and bonus?
Same bonus as last year. No merit increase. Wells clearly doesn’t think inflation happened
That's good, I still could have hope then.
