The crowd was intentionally small. Only a select few were invited to attend. Our team didn't know he was in the building until the call started. What a joke!
The first time he came to CLT it was standing room only for him.
I would not be happy if I were Kristy Fercho and this Amy noob calls out that she was all “what are we doing about messaging??!!!”, right after a local mass shooting. Those conversations have to stay fully behind the curtain.

I remember actually wanting to go before the current CEO, everyone did from what I remember. I learned more back then too. I understood a clearer picture of our future.

I think for me the biggest takeaway is that people are not taking RTO seriously. Surely if you really enjoy RTO you would have shown up to the Clown Hall in person. If that's what Charlotte looks like...can only imagine what other cities look like.

the fact that he keeps blaming regulations and auditors and saying "we now understand we should have done all of the things" just shows the lack of responsibility (its easier to say i'm sorry than to do the right thing when it comes to being shady)

He is taking way too long to answer a question that he said he knows nothing bout. If he doesn't know about sponsorship, move on. I guarantee that is not a pressing question at the forefront of what most of the people think.
