Once again, Verizon does 13,666 new lines per month nationwide!

This is horrible!

Looking at ATT numbers that's 218,666 a month, amazing numbers!

I wonder how Tmobile numbers going to be, but we already know they are going to have good numbers too because the ugly duck here is us, Verizon.

That's what happens when you have a Team Commission and pay an extra $200 to hit your meaningless metrics!! You have reps wanting to sell less and less to inflate the percentage and make them look good metrics wise when in reality they barely sell. They even walk customers out to avoid their metrics from being affected if the customer buys a plain device. These reps skate around and call out constantly while a hand full of reps bust their As--s to sell sell & sell!!! Get rid of this team comission garbage and will definitely change!! I can guarantee you won't have reps walking out last minute new lines right before closing time!!!

2 things I honestly wouldn't trust att numbers of 600k they are better at creative reporting than verizon is.

And secondly looking at Hans body language on the earnings report he didn't believe a word he was saying he's about to cash out his 20M$ parachute

Wake up Verizon. The strategy to outsource Customer Service coupled with WEAK leadership across all channels is going to make us another MCI. So sad - no one listens or wants to admit the mistake we made in doing so. The old motto of we need to be easy to do business with is out the window and anyone in a role that interfaces with the Customer albeit customer service or account management knows that’s the truth... keep sipping the kool aid Hans followers. He can’t speak a full sentence or answer hard questions as evidenced by the Q1 kickoff. We’ve become the Dollar Store of wireless.
