Maybe it's just my perception, but I think that there has never been more micromanagement than now, and I've been here for a long time. It is unbelievable that mgmt does realize that their actions are only further demoralizing and demotivating the employees.

Because useless Frank only trusts who he can control and the workers bee's all hate him and his senior management so all he can do is micromanage the cr-p out of us for the control he needs. He is single handedly driving this company out of business.
