Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

HR or ER needed

The admin community is a joke on slack. They only respond to VP admins. What happened here? During the pandemic we were a great team! You’re leaving a lot of admins out to dry with no help. Where’s the community? In person meetings isn’t the answer as there are so many of us with different needs. No one cares. Bullying is not the answer here. Example, my Dad is going through chemotherapy and I’m it for him. Do you really need these details? Seems inappropriate and exclusive.

I agree, I was bullied and my report to ER was ignored for months before it was summarily closed with no actions or response. I escalated to both HR and ER without anyone taking it seriously or providing any real response. I was then transferred to report to the Sr. Director I'd filed a complaint against and told it was not retaliation. I gave 30 day notice in October to ensure my teams (2) and direct reports (30+) and my responsibilities were successfully transitioned.
