Hans said on the investor call that he is reviewing the sales comp plan for consumer. Hopefully that means that team comp will finally be gone.

Krista destroyed retail. No staff, team comp, multi store, no wonder we are falling behind our competition.

@lda+1kQR5RdM after the earning call, trust me Verizon won't pay you more to bring customer they are losing. Verizon is in a hold and the only way to save this bledding is to reduce cost and spending. Figure out where is that coming from.....
They are looking to raise the base pay plus adjust commissions. Problem is they want to keep the team pay because they still don't understand that you need to reward good sales and not poor/lazy sales people. They will not get the results they are looking for. Count on money to incentivize not brow beating and cheesy picture posts. We are adults. Again, verizon trying to reinvent sales rewards. Good job comrads.
awwww so sweet to see them believe Verizon will bring a new commission structure to pay you $3K like old days when We are lossing 89K customers and only bringing back 41K.

We are going to change the commission structure, But you get $600 for all your work and now the other reps gets nothing. So now Verizon will save $600 from the lazy employees. Welcome to the new indivisual commission!
Krista recently said that the plan was designed with input from reps. Raise your hand if you know anyone who actually provided input.
Fingers crossed on this as well. All team comp does is incentivize those that do less than minimum, and penalize those that go above and beyond.
I have two in my store that barely do anything. About time they get PAID like it again.
