Getting rid of Vine representative

Why are we still paying for these vine training reps they don't do nothing except throw you under the bus 😒 😑

You answered your own question. Vine reps primary function is to let the club, market manager, & fresh regional manager know what you aren't doing.
Most of them couldn't do the jobs in the fresh depts. There are some good ones, but most only know what they read on the hand held. Few could come on break down trucks & get depts ready for business.

Because it’s apparently impossible to sell produce unless it’s leveled off at a perfect and precise height with like colored pallets. You’ll never sell a thing unless it’s done exactly like the Vine representative says it has to be. Produce never sold anywhere in the world until Sam’s Club and Vine got together and came up with this magical plan!

I agree. It's a tax wrote off for the company though, that's the only reason they are still around.
