The explosion of needless micromanagement is crushing. The loss of knowledge and experience is growing in impact each week. Non-sensical business decisions are made quickly and easily, but any requests for meaningful help are deferred and delayed until the requestor gives up. Seeing so many colleagues who were dedicated and engaged pushed out wears on everyone's work ethic and drive to do their best work wanes. All the turnover in past year has made for a company of strangers. Melancholy rules. Kneejerk responses about "resisting change" don't help. People stopped caring when the company did.

I agree with every word, @1ixr+1kMU7oy1. What's stopping our highly paid leadership when they need to make meaningful business decisions? They persistently deal with minor matters instead of solving the real issues.
