JC, practice lead, made those comments earlier this week at an all-hands call for Cyber & Resiliency practice (" we have too many employees, we have $40m in expenses we need to clean up if we want a job next year"). Nice motivator!

He's not wrong though. The practice hired a bunch of people a year ago and are servicing a handful of customers because nothing is ready yet.
And yet, I'm sure he's not willing to forego his raise and bonus check. No way.
