Can anyone share how your annual merit increases and bonus are impacted by the various review ratings - specifically Meets, Inconsistently Meets, Needs Improvement since Exceeds and Far Exceeds appear to be off the table.

I've gotten "meets" in the past and had zero raise and zero bonus, so it depends. Have never got above 2% raise in any year. Been here 20 years.
I got a mid year salary adjustment to mrp range and just got an exceeds on review. Wonder if they will sc--w me with merit.
Peons won’t know until end of month. And even then we’ll realistically never know because it would require one of two things. Being a manager and being privy to the information directly or trusting what you manager tells you and taking it as gospel.
Can’t truly trust anything here. Your manager may know but they are likely told not pass that info lest they reap consequences. But they can tell us untruths and that won’t count against them. You could pull an exceeds, get 3% and your manager could claim that is the highest in the group meanwhile your Lead gets 6% and a meets. We’ll never know the truth.
Easy, it depends...
In my group, meets can range 2-5% which depends on currently salary range and how close to exceeds you were for the year. Inconsistent meets is 0-2% and needs improvement you should be brand new or looking for a job ie: 0%.
