We are approached year-end review next friday, but i have not had my year-end until today. Should I be concerned about my job security (already tensed!)?

I had mine wed and no acknowledgement on workday just a notice. You can generate a pdf to export
Some managers are burdened with 14 and more employees to manage. Have some compassion. Writing, rating, defending to upper management the ratings is a lot of work on top of actually managing their respective areas. Getting them distributed to you 10 days after upper management blesses them and before the due of 14 peoples calendars is nearly a miracle. Walk in their shoes once in a while.....
Completion date for performance discussion and comp changes is 1/27. Employees no longer acknowledge their review. It is submitted and employees can see it in their WorkDay.
It is a busy time to get reviews all discussed on top of already full calendars. Probably just a busy manager. I wouldn’t assume it is something to be nervous about.
Mine often gets scheduled same day and am lucky to see the doc ahead of the discussion. I don’t even think about it any longer. Routine
I thought the date was 1/27?
Mine always seem to occur just before the deadline.
My manager blocks the last day and just schedules everyone back to back. Since you need to acknowledge your review by a certain date this cuts any “grousing time” for what the manager put in the review. Crafty.
Some managers combine it with merit and bonus conversations. Those aren't able to happen until officially approved, so not unusual for it to be sometime around the 25th.
@hqu+1kMC1EL1 no they are due before the financials are released (they are released 1/25)
You have a large team? Ultra busy manager? Maybe he’s just lazy? Perhaps he has relatively bad news and is waiting to the last second to say anything. I wouldn’t be worrying about being let go.
they are due on friday 01/27
they are due tomorrow...yea
