Just curious if you were told if not being in the office 3 days a week had any impact on your pay/bonus?

They can't push a string. Won't work, not in the long term.
Our entire division is exempt from RTO (2023 and beyond). As unfair as it is, I'm grateful our leader stood up for us. I'll never RTO. I'm sorry for all those teams that have cowards for mgrs.
Our area has RTO exceptions. RTO is NOT mandatory for all areas.
it was optional to be considered for 2022 yearend reviews
it's not optional for 2023.
It’s different LOB by LOB. It was brought up in my review, but my LOB has circulated reporting for quite a while and did mention several times going back to august about it being part of performance for last year.
Not a peep and I do not comply. Had a great review.
It is a factor for 2022 performance ratings, merit and TVC.
Not a peep, but I also comply with the policy:)
My manager said that they received guidance that it'll be cracked down on in 2023. Reporting will be going out monthly and non-adherence will be addressed. If you don't comply with RTO, you will have it held against you in next year's comp. My team didn't use it this year.
Not a peep about RTO in my review. Compensation and bonus were not shared with me, so I guess those will be surprises when I see my paycheck. All previous reviews included compensation and bonus details, so they're doing something different this time.
Managers had a choice to either use it as a factor or not for this review period.
My manager said it will impact the compensation for this cycle, looks like everybody heard about the different answers.
No, RTO is not part of this review cycle.
I had my year-end review and that was not even touched on. I did ask and the response was no information on that yet.
