I am very sorry for everyone who was impacted and I wish you all the best of luck with your new job search. These are very difficult times in general. I am an outsider, but I had a friend who once worked here. I'm interested in what's the severance package like, how generous is it?

Severance is good but not sustainable for them
Severance at C1 is based on job level, not tenure. I was laid off at C1 in 2018 at Senior Manager and was given 6 months’ notice, full bonus, and 7 months’ severance. So all in all about a full year’s pay. Left grad school debt free.
