Any other stores get continuous unpaid invoice emails. The amount of accounts on hold right now is ridiculous. I send off my emails and shrug

Accounts Payable headcount was also cut.
No money to pay bills (money focus on executives in Ivory Tower) therefore no need for Accounts Payable staffing.

We're absolutely drowning in GM cr-p. We haven't the clothing racks, the floor space, the storage space and/ or clothing hangers for all the stuff they're sending in.
Someone must think we're all multi floored dept stores 😐
The thing I don't understand is that if we are in such a bad position financially, why do we keep receiving endless amount of new GM junk? We have nowhere to put it, it doesn't sell, and if just keeps coming!! Is the plan to just never pay Champion for all this cr-p? Surely that's not a sustainable solution.
They were releasing order to catch up? Spiral of death anyone? Run… If it’s not this, it will be him getting caught with his pants down.
We were very close to breaking some promise on our loan, which is against most of the business I have heard, so they needed to stop paying vendors and also why they accelerated the releases for stores on Access. I asked my RM about why my orders were released and that’s what they told me. So no cash for vendors.
