You’ll find out in mid February or so what your stip is and merit raise. The merit raise won’t go into effect until April.
STIP payout is Feb 28.
When do we find out the amount? And when do we get info on raises based on performance?
Just go to recent posts on this site and sense check yourself. You are worried about raise percentage and top posts are about mass layoffs, return to office and pay cut/no bonus.
I know leadership is about to find out from GE and the Board the April raise.

There isn’t anything special about them. He’s just a troll. And it was 3% that they took away not 5%. And hopefully the OP knows what he’s talking about…I haven’t seen anything official saying 5% as of yet.

5% is incredibly generous, thank you Enbridge Leadership! On another note, if the general Enbridge employee base is recieving 5% then surely raises for the more valuable groups like Infrastructure Planning must start with 8-10% at minimum.
