So my club has had several store managers and they all was cool and liked but didn't last long, so finally the company has sent a store manager that does what they expect out of a store manager, this guy is arrogant and un approachable and when you try to talk to him he looks at you like how dare you speak to me like he God, all associate run around like there scared to death of this guy, but it seems like that's what the company wants all alone and with the under pay and over work and now a store Manager who treats us like d-mbs on the corner I've come to the conclusion of leaving and have an interview soon from a job I was turned on to by an associate out of all people, how I told how much I get paid and he dam near laught at me and said I see your work ethics thru the years and being a team lead it seems you would be more appropriated then 19 dollars, he promised to get me on....after 19 years one store manager made me see the light....and I'm sharing this with you'll SAMS is about the members and that's is....you don't get paid enough for all you take....God bless

My Club manager in Miramar , FLORIDA club 8173 is never even at work he has all the other managers doing everything. He might has worked maybe 2 months out of this whole year he is never there. He claims everyday he's helping other Clubs that need him what a (JOKE) He thinks everyone including the managers are stupid. The guy is there for the money only. We have a new district manager that is also Clueless what this Club Manager does. He sends What's App messages all day all the managers are tired of him. If you do the math he leaves for weeks maybe works 2 days to 4 days a month if he's lucky and getting a 200,000 bonus while all the managers in the store are dealing with all the bullsh-t. Again Cooperate check the cameras Wake up your paying someone that has no CARE for his ASSOCIATES or MANAGERS!!!! I have worked for a few retailers and I have never seen a manager that goes and comes a-s he pleases. The rumor is wants he gets he BONUS he's out of Miramar Club 8173 !!!! On top of him not never being at the store he has taken 3 months just in vacation him and the Membership Lady. Which was out for 5 weeks and was never on a leave and got paid. She goes on vacation every times he claims he's on vacation. The whole store knows what's going on. They also had a manager stealing this year, I wonder why look who you have there supposedly being the Club Manager that is never in the building. COOPERATE WAKE UP YOU ARE PAYING THE CLUB MANAGER ALL THAT 💰 AND THERE NOT THERE SHAME ON YOU AND YOU DISTRICT MANAGERS THAT ARE CLUELESS!! CHECK YOUR CAMERAS ?? IF He's really been at others store 10 months out of year when he has all kind of problems in his own club,you have the wrong Club Managers running the other Clubs. DD Regionals WAKE UP and get out of your office's.. SHAME ON YOU SAM'S CLUB
Most of the Club Managers are Clueless like the home office.
